In Device Manager/Human Interface Devices/Touchscreen Driver, following instructions to Uninstall, Reboot and Reinstall the driver. I clicked to Uninstall the driver and next to it was an option to 'Remove the Driver/Files, not realizing what I had just done, I clicked to remove the driver from windows. Update the device driver. In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager. Select a category to see names of devices, then right-click (or press and hold) the one you’d like to update. Select Search automatically for updated driver software. Select Update Driver.

Customers must contact Tech Global support to troubleshoot and if deemed necessary, receive an RMA # for product warranty and return.
