From the Clinical or Practice Management screen in Eaglesoft, Click on File | Preferences | XRay Tab. Under Device Properties, click on the Video button. Here you will want to set the Capture Card to: Standard Windows Driver Model Device. Below it, for Default Device the IO Camera you are using will appear. Your device will be listed by default with the same name that listed in Device Manager or something similar.
For Patterson Imaging, Click on File | General Preferences | XRay Tab. Under Device Properties, click on the Video button. Here you will want to set the Capture Card to: Standard Windows Driver Model Device. Below it, for Default Device the IO Camera you are using will appear. Your device will be listed by default with the same name that listed in Device Manager or something similar.
