Okay so, my laptop's system is unable to boot, so I just tried to format it since I have to do that for a very long time, and when it asked me in which partition I want to install windows there was nothing, although when I clicked 'Load Driver' I could access the hard disk's files, the hard disk IS listed in the bios normally but windows does not recognize it, I tried using Kaspersky Rescue disk(the only CD I had along with the recovery disk)and when I used the File Manager, the hard disk still didn't show, are there any drivers I have to install?I have burned both fujitsu9that's my laptop) and Seagate's websites and can't find anything, I have searched forums but the only answers were 'check if your hd is listen in bios'.So, i IS listed in bios but I can't reinstall windows nor access it

I have an Acer Aspire 7741z-4433 with an Intel(R) Pentium(R) p6200 (2.13 GHz, 3MB 1.3 cache). This only happens to me while I am playing The Sims 3. I have the game set on the lowest quality settings, even though my laptop 'claims' to be HD LED, etc. This issue still happens. As you may know I cannot replace the graphics card as it is apart of the motherboard, and to buy a new motherboard with a better graphics card would cost more than a new computer. I have been the my manufacture's website and tried installing an update of the graphics card, and that didn't do the trick either. I am at my wits end, and I just want to play the game without it shutting down and freezing my computer. The reason I know the error is because I do Alt + Tab to get back to the desktop. The way it acts up while I am in game is the screen blacks out but I can still see the software's mouse, and then it blinks a couple times and then freezes completely?

I just installed Windows 7 to my Apple iMac (latest generation from Apple) on a Boot Camp partition. The solve PC issues window says I need to update my driver and includes a direct download but I prefer to get the update directly from the source. I think that the GeForce/ION Driver Release 190 is the graphics driver I need.

When I run the driver test on the nvidia website it says I need the Notebook Release 186 but the 9400 is not listed under supported devices. Again, I'm 99% sure that I need the GeForce/ION Driver Release 190 but I don't want to screw anything up.

Network Controller Driver Not Adapter Driver

A few days ago I did a clean install of Windows 7. Now I have a problem. The computer is a wireless 'client'. It has a Realtek RTL8168D/8111D PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.20).
When I bring up Device Manager and expand 'Network adapters' I see 'Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller'.
When I expand 'Other devices' I see '! Network Controller' (Note the exclamation point.) Double click on that and I see 'The driver for this device is not installed. (Code 28). When I click on Update driver I get a message Can't find a driver. I have tried many times with different source folders and files and nowhere is a driver found.
I have gone to MSIs driver web page and downloaded the Realtek PCI-E Ethernet Driver for Windows 7 32/64 bit 'realtek_pcielan_7_nb.zip', extracted the files and still no joy. (M/B is MSI G41M with Intel E7400)
There is a wireless icon in the tray. I click 'Open network and sharing center'. No matter what I choose Windows 7 ends up telling me to plug in an Ethernet cable. No, this is a client not the server. I have verified that the NIC can connect to the computer with the Ethernet cable by using the old XP hard disk.
Any suggestions?

I recently installed a WD 500GB Scorpio Black (Sata II).
I am using a Advent 9117, running Windows 7 32-bit. The drives works fine but was just wondering if i need to install the Intel Rapid Storage Manager/ Intel Matrix Storage Manager program and driver. Will i gain any benefits from doing so? Or is the Windows 7 driver currently installed for the hard-drive fine?
I dont use RAID array, but want to use and enable all the features on the harddrive like AHCI etc. Is this already enabled and used with the current Windows 7 driver?
